Sero 7 pro shutting down automatically after a wi fi issue

Sero 7 pro working fine for a few months and all of a sudden wi fi stopped working. Then I did a hard reset and now it just shuts down for no reason when finishes loading android. have tied letting the battery drain out completely and charging it again. aslo have tried the option inside the hard reset that says deleting cache partition.
Even though sounds ridiculous, l have tired slapping it in the back (there are several articles about it, it says that have worked for serveral people).

some one with a problem like this? or any other suggestions?

Welcome to Android Central! I wonder if there's some connection that has become loose. See what happens if you press or squeeze various areas of the tablet. That might be why slapping the back helped some people.
