Service awful

They sent me a pixel XL after my 6p died in bootloader mode, but the service is awful. Constant drop calls, can't connect to calls, my voice is cutting in and out. Anyone else with these problems? Att service. Wife's 6p works great in same areas, so did my old 6p and the Galaxy S5 I used waiting on the pixel.

Do the Pixel and carrier support Wi-Fi?

That's always disappointing to get a nice new device and have it play up! I hope you get it sorted soon mate!

I have the a similar problem where voice cuts out. I can't hear the others, but they can hear me. I don't know if it is my phone, service or a problem on their end. I'm thinking about sending in for an RMA, but I might wait until the pixel 2 comes out. I didn't get my pixel until this April so I am still in warranty. maybe they will send me a pixel 2. who knows? wishful thinking.

Sounds like it needs to be re-provisioning. I do know WiFi calling doesn't work with the Pixel on AT&T.
