Set a repetitive reminder on my Note 5

I want a reminder for Monday - Friday every 30 minutes - this is because I have an office job and I'd like a reminder to check my posture and move around.
Is this possible to set on my phone for specific days and times, (9a.m.-5p.m)

Welcome to Android Central!
The S7 has a built in feature in the S Health app. I think both of the ROMs have the same app.
Go into S health app - settings - notifications - set inactive time alerts:
