Set Custom Ringtone - Now Cannot Find Defaults Galaxy S8

@Tinkertechie, idk what kind of phone you are using but on my Samsung S8 those options are not available. No where can I find an ES file folder. Nor does it pop up and ask just once or always anymore. And it may not be the phone, it may be the version of Android now. Either way I'm still having problems. I had downloaded zedge and then went into my msg settings. Somehow I had already clicked the phones ringtones and now I can't go into zedge to set a ringtone from there. Ugh. And I can't find a way. I've clicked always ask before setting defaults and I've even reset factory defaults and still can't. Help!!!!
