If I flash my phone as you have described with the original firmware for the correct phone and carrier, will my phone still have service following the procedure? Or will I need to reactivate my phone and work with my carrier to get service back on it?

Hi Guys,

This afternoon a prompt for a Software update appeared, I okayed it without thinking twice. Then it auto shut down for a reboot and never came back up. Its is stuck on boot screen with yellow writing top left red writing saying recovery not seandoird enforcing in all caps and yellow writing set warranty list recovery HELP ME Thanks

Galaxy note edge. Never rooted.
Warranty void.

Even after factory reset it said binary and system custom.

I'm surprised a class action with forensic examination of affected units hasn't taken place.

for whatever reason it appears the update that you agreed to has corrupted your boot.

My only advice is to download odin on your pc.

Make sure when you connect your note 3 to your pc the correct drivers are installed (in odin their will either be a solid green or blue status bar).

Go to sammobile to get the correct firmware for your specific device.

Open odin, connect your device (make sure your in download mode first, by holding power,home, volume down for a few seconds, then press volume up.

Place the file in ap and flash.

my samsung galaxy s4 mini stopped working by itself. i tried most of the things to make it work but it is still off. when i plugged in the charger it vibrates and goes to the charger thing . i tried my best to go on logo screen and when it got there their was a blue and yellow thing on top of the left side. the blue one says recovery booting... and the yellow one says set warranty bit:recovery. someone help

Guys I found a freekin sulotion. Funny but working
Sm-910g here.. The thing is my phone wont start. Brick... Otr it will appear bit kernel. I havr come accross pages troible shooting rverywhere on the Internet. 1 does work...all I did was when it wont boot take off the battery and put it of freezer for about 5 mins. And then put the battery on. Quickly put the phone on download mode... Flash twr. And when done. Open recovery. Flash what ever rom you want. By the way stock rom wont help me out bcoz. Of pit partition wnt work for me via odin.... thanks to that genius guy who post his solution what ever his name is. TSAR iguess. Happy flashing...
