Setting up a Theme

First, I'm the biggest Android newb. I am now the owner of a Galaxy S6 since a few days, and it is the first Android phone I have ever used.(iPhone 4S > Galaxy S6). So everything is new for me.

Now I want to set up a theme. How can I get something like this? (see picture)



I like this nice and clean set up. Can someone explain to me, step by step, how I can get this on my S6?

Hold press the homescreen, and there will be an option called "theme". Press it and you can search for a lot of themes available. Install it and use it.
