My phone was just delivered today. I'm switching from the S7 on Verizon to the S9 on AT&T.
For some reason which I did not know is that att uses some service called 'enjoy' in NYC. A person shows up at your apartment and starts 'helping you' set up your phone. This was not what I expected and really stupid as this person barely knows what a phone is.
Phone was brought over a few hours ago and still isn't a even activated. This person had no idea what they were doing and att provided no instructions.
Sorry for rambling there but I have a few quick questions if anyone knows the answers.
Do I put my SD card from my old phone into the new phone before starting Att Mobile Transfer? Smart switch doesn't even work on this phone.
Should it normally take 3 hours to transfer my S7 contents?
