Setting up NumberSync with ATT with Gear S2 and Samsung ACTIVE

I have literally been on the phone with ATT tech support for 1 hour. We cannot get MyATT app or the GEAR app to present with the screen to input the 4-digit sync code. We've rebooted both devices, we've reinstalled MyATT app. Any suggestions?
 
If it means anything, I have a gear s2 paired with a S6 Active. I have had the watch for 2 weeks with zero syncing issues. I updated and got numbersync a few days ago and have had no issues...until today. I've had tons of syncing issues today with at&t numbersync. My Gear S2 won't stay connected to numbersync. I'm beginning to think it's nothing on my end and all on AT&T's server end currently. Nothing I can do.
