setting up phone after hard reset (2 weeks later) there is a voice that is making me double tap.

After a couple of weeks I finally got back into my note 5. But it still will not let me move around. any sugguestions??

It sounds like TalkBack is activated on your accessibility settings. To navigate through the settings and switch it off you'll need to swipe with two fingers and double tap to select the different options. Tell us how it goes.
