I know I can't quite figure this simple task out. But how do you properly set the wallpaper? If I have an image, how you set it full screen instead of using that horrible resize box? I don't get it.

Welcome to Android's most annoying thing. The wallpaper needs to be wider than you would think because you pan across it as you swipe homescreens. There are threads here discussing the best pixel size for wallpaper. Also there are apps which tweak the way it works.

I use the QuickPic app for wallpaper. Open your photo. Touch it in the center and options come up in the upper right. Click the 3 dots and then you can set it as wallpaper.

Yeah, I thought Android could resize the wallpaper to fit the screen. Man, that's annoying. I thought I was really that stupid or something. haha
