Settings For Stock Weather Widget

Hi, I am new to Android and need to know where the settings are for the stock weather widget. I would like to adjust the refresh rate and animations.

Tap on the widget and the settings should be there.

Yea it's not there. the only thing I get is to add another city, more, weather map.

Is there a settings icon on the widget?

Tap on different parts of the screen, I believe on the right is the weather for 5 days and if you tap on the left somewhere is the rest of the settings.
