Settings keeps crashing.

Every time I try to access my lock screen and security menu in my settings app, the app crashes. Literally, every time! It also crashed if I attempt to search within settings. I've already tried the settings cache partition wipe and that didn't help...

That happened to me a few weeks ago, the only way I ended up fixing it was to restore. Now recently bixby isn't working for me, keep getting the bixby home has stopped pop up every time I press the bixby button. I tried restoring and it works initially but after I update bixby voice and flipboard briefing it starts crashing again which leads me to believe its one of those two updates causing it.

Try it in safe mode to rule out any third party apps causing havoc. Ultimately you'll probably have to to a factory reset. If it's a third party app causing you may have to do a clean reset so that you don't reload the offend app.

I had that issue and deleting the App Cache Cleaner Pro fixed it.
