Settings - Owner

When you pull down the top screen and hit the setting button you see a list of icons. One of those icons being the owner. How can I update that icon to my information?

Edit it in the contacts app.

It's the "ME" contact, BTW.

If you use Google+ and have a profile there, open the app. Tap the menu control top right in the red bar, then settings, then your account name (under account settings), then contacts, then turn on "keep contacts up to date".

This will populate the "Me" contact with your Google+ profile info, including the profile photo.
