Settings Window Constantly Opening

Hello, my galaxy s3 has just recently started acting a little strange. Every time I unlock my display, my settings window opens up, and then randomly opens while I am using my phone. Does anyone know what could be causing this? It is starting to get very frustrating.

Have you rebooted your phone (removed the battery and restarted)?

Yes I have.

You may need to clear the Settings cache, try this
Settings -->Apps/Application Manager-->All-->Settings-->Clear Cache
