SGS 3 - How to change Font on Outlook Email Client?

I am using the Outlook Email client. When I send emails from my Samsung 3, the fonts look different from the default fonts in Outlook. I would like to match the fonts so people don't know which tool I am using! Hey... if I am working on the golf course that is my business!

I can find font sizes, but not the actual fonts. I think I can even change my signature font, but not the default text font. I have tried changing system fonts, but that does not seem to change anything in the client. I seem to be stuck with Times New Roman.

Any thoughts would be appreciated!
