SGS3 update problem

Hi guys,

Recently i updated mo phone through odin to 4.1.2,when i update is successfully i can't receive or send a text message,it has "emergency call only" on the notification tool,
my network is undefined..

Please help me guys,
i'm from Philippines.

Just check up CSC.... Perhaps u have the wrong code....
