thanks. I spend most of my time looking for a reliable, not plasticy, mount for my Note phones. as yet not wowed by any, though I got closer today with a couple I dropped in my cart.

I finally got to test out my new telescope with an Orion Smartphone holder and my Note 8.
So much fun!
Waxing Crescent Moon picture #1 - I used Auto Mode with 2X Optical Zoom.
Waxing Crescent Moon picture #2 - I used Auto Mode with No Optical Zoom.
[44mm eyepiece on a SCT 9.25 inch telescope]

Believe me when I say I'm no photographer or know very much (yet) about astronomy! This phone and the phone holder the really help.

I was just getting ready to say the same thing about this pic that they are so spoiled that they even have a regular bed pillow to lay their head on! I shouldn't talk mine sleeps with me under the covers so and she's no tiny pup she's 35 lbs!
