Ouch. You over processsed the snake snot out of that. Why over sharpened and overworked.
Tons of ringing and artifacts everywhere. Looks like a badly done oil painting IMHO.

you have to turn the blue filter off. and go easy with snapseed. hopefully you also saved the original in its original state.
