More like the camera sucks in low light (unlike the iPhone 4) and all of these pictures posted here have been taken with very good lighting.. Simple.

That is my guess too...I just picked up two Atrix's (Atri?) for myself and girlfriend. Pictures indoor for both have been rather poor, almost like the lens is foggy (I checked). It's sort of a dreary day here, so not great for testing outdoor light.
