Thanks! So I am guessing to use the day of the week or the other widgets like the time I need have a specific launcher. I've never used another launcher before. I may have tried Nova once way back I don't remember.

Oh no! You can use widgets on stock. I like the kwgt, it can be complicated in the beginning but I love the amount of free templates. But you could do everything I did on stock.

Mine is plain and simple. It's a free theme that I found because my favorite theme got broken by Pie. I like dark themes. I use Nova Prime and I have 3 sliding dock pages and each page has a full transparent widget. It's weird how I put these apps in my app edge and never go there and have a cluttered home screen. I need to get into the habit of using the edge screen. Especially when I get this phone to show off the pretty backgrounds. I may not use a theme unless their is one with the pretty backgrounds. I like the purple and one looks like my flamingo pink color. I'm never going to get the phone. :-(

I'm liking people's home screens though cool weather widgets I like where the pictures are up top where the hole punch is. Those are cool!
