When I open a site and ask a question I will set an answer and so will my wife. Is there a option to stop that?

What site? Are you getting notified on the site, the device, or on your e-mail? Are you both signed into the same account? Do you share e-mails or have shared logins for that/those site(s)?

Sorry, we need further clarification. What do you mean by asking a question on any site? Are you saying that sites are remembering what both you and your wife responded in various question fields?

Turn off notifications in the browsers settings.

Use Adguard Pro! Control what is allowed.
