Shazam won't tag songs

When I upgraded to the Gen 4 I downloaded Shazam to the watch and I'm using the top button to tag a song I like without having to pull out my phone... It worked for a few weeks and now it won't recognize any songs!!! Any idea on how to fix or recommend a different app that's compatible with the watch? Thanks in advance.
