Shipped!!

I still have a cancel button on my order does that mean mine has not shipped?
Do you have shipping label created with UPS? Have you been charged? What status does Samsung app show?

If you have been charged, shows as in processing, and ups shows label created means your order is packed and in process if being handed to ups. Likely in a truck being filled or being worked by ups.

I can check UPS because it is being delivered to a different address from what they have on file.
 
Delivered and all set up and LTE activated, feels great! Not as heavy as I expected
Not sure if I would need LTE activated, I always have my phone with me. I have t-mobile. I saw postings that it's $5 extra to add to phone. I might have to check with t-mobile to confirm.
 
Yeah, I ordered the Ultra late Friday, delivery date jumped forward 2 months on Monday, and now it's out for delivery. Really don't feel like working today!!!

Ordered the Watch Ultra and Buds 3 Pro before the live event was over after a few phone calls on the past few days, I get this status change this morning. This is beyond ridiculous. Did you order the white one? That is a popular color. My order isn't being delivered until the end of August. My husband's watch isn't being delivered into the 1st week of August. He purchased the Titanium Gray.

Even though Samsung had moved the delivery of my Watch Ultra (white) from July 19 to July 29 it actually arrived today (July 24).

I was having some real misgivings about having ordered the white watch but the facing top is white with titanium color metal and I'm liking it quite a bit.

At the last second I decided to not restore from my Watch 6 Classic and did a fresh install trying to avoid any issues like the battery drain issues some people are having. Will likely get a higher grade titanium band once I'm sure I am settled into this new watch.

Oh no! They were not even able to give you an estimated delivery date. 😞

Hopefully, you receive better news soon. I know this has to be frustrating...

It's beyind frustrating, it's downright disgusting coming from a super company such as Samsung. No communication on what is going on and when to expect the products I already paid for (in full). What's worse is they won't offer any compensation for inconvenience. It's not like I ordered this last week. I ordered before the event was over. Needless to say, I am very disappointed in Samsung.

I'm sure you are very disappointed. I have to wonder if the CrowdStrike fiasco has anything to do with it. I've had 3 shipments from three different companies go everywhere, but to me.

That being said, Samsung logistics has always been a mystery. People who order during pre-order sometimes get their items after people who order after the pre-order period is over 🙄. Doesn't make any sense.
