Umm, about that...lol, actually cancelled my order Saturday morning. Apparently the cancel might not have gone thru...cause as of Saturday afternoon, my status shows cancelled. But the money was never refunded, thought I just needed to wait.

Man, how is it 3lbs? It's not the first time I heard it being that heavy, but my Asus T.Prime just shipped back today from being RMA and it barely weighed 2lbs...either way, things are looking good.

A stupid Sprint CSR, just informed me by phone, that we will get them in 2-5 business days from tomorrow now WTF?? I swear I'm sooo sick of Sprint.... last time I will EVER PRE-ORDER ANYTHING, THAT THEY CAN COUNT ON! if I had the $$, I'd cancel my whole contract & tell em to shove it!

That's most likely their standard script, I've heard that countless times. The phone shows up the next day, 2nd day at the latest.

Welp, got the tracking info for a possible 3lb brick to be delivered Thursday PM. And the way UPS is around my area, that's 6-7pm.

Well I'm in Virginia which is closer and I still have not gotten anything from Sprint or UPS. I still call B.S. till I see a screenshot.

Distance from Kansas is irrelevant, what is relevant is how close you are to a major hub. UPS can get a letter to someone in LA from NYC same day. However it may take them 2-3 days to deliver the same letter to someone in rural ohio.

I'm SO over this BS of not knowing not getting updates. Its put a stain on this phone before i even have it in my hands. I went through hell to get my first EVO so I pre ordered this one and sprint cannot just tell me when i will get the phone! They sure did tell me about the change in billing me for my hotspot. or be a little late on my bill and I get texts voice mails but have a shipping snafu when they have my money and I get no info... I am in the retail industry and I have never seen such a poorly handled situation. you should always treat a 13 year customer like **** cause there is no other place i can get phone service. Done Venting !

LOL, I'm in VA too. What do you want to see a pic of? The email or tracking info? Email says delivery on the 24th. When I track it, all it says is that the label has been created.

Going to bed. Sorry but can't post a screen shot...doesn't have anything but the date of the 24th, and the tracking info doesn't have anything yet. If it actually shipped, that's different. I'm sure I can't be the only one. Lol, hopefully sprint doesn't recall the shipping since I did cancel the order *fingers crossed*...but maybe some of the other folks that already had tracking info can take a pic. Like I said, email has the date, tracking info only says the label was printed...
