Porcelain seems popular this year. I got the white phone last year with the 8 Pro but I don't remember a lot of people getting it last year.

I feel like hazel is the most popular since it's a new color although the porcelain may be a safe bet like the obsidian.

I just wish I would've decided sooner because bestbuy looks set on making me wait until Tuesday even though they advertised next day for customers ordering next day

The P8P porcelain had a very light gold/champagne trim. Is it the same on the P9P? My Best Buy only had obsidian and hazel.

I'm reluctant to see the Porcelain in person for it may make me regret the Hazel. I was very on the fence between the two colors. I still love the Hazel, but it's more subdued in real life than I was expecting.

Hopefully it's just a glitch and they'll get it figured out over the weekend.

Down here in my area I have much better luck with UPS than FedEx. When I see something ships via FedEx I am always nervous!

That's always an option. No Google store anywhere near me so I don't have that option unfortunately. Will you get the same trade-in credit and extra bonus goodies?

Haha they need to show love pretty much everywhere outside New York !!!

I doubt it though, it's not their core business and will never expand into physical stores. Even Microsoft shut down their physical store business.

Apple is the only exception and they thrive in the physical store business model and continuously expand on adding new stores.

I decided instead of driving to the Google store I just went by Best buy and got the black. I only got $625 trade-in but made up some difference with 5% cash back and additional $25 this weekend for purchases $250+ and got my $200 BB gift card

Just ordered mine. The $699 trade in was the push I needed. Mind you my 8P is only 5 months old. Delivery states Aug 28-29.
