Shooting raw with Samsung A51 camera

[Android Central Question]

I have a Samsung A51 and I'm trying to figure out how to recover the RAW files. I've read this thread (https://forums.androidcentral.com/general-help-how/1004691-shooting-raw-a51.html) which appeared to take it as a given that RAW capture works with third-party apps (like Lightroom); however, it doesn't seem to work for me ('DNG capture' is listed as 'not supported').
Would anyone happen to know what the problem might be, and how could it be fixed? Thank you!
