I saw a video on the optimus one that allows you to add 2 shortcuts (totaling 4) onto the shorcut bar. is this possible on the optimus T? if so please help me figure it out. I have tried but can't get it to work. Thank you in advance.

I personally don't like the LG Home Launcher and I've replaced it with LauncherPro. You may also want to take a look at ADW Launcher.

The way this should work is you open your app drawer (middle button on launcher) then long press on any app you want until you feel a little vibrate and it kicks you back to the main screen, with your finger still holding the app icon, drag it to the spot on the launcher you want it at.

The key is, once you select the app on the app drawer, you don't lift your finger until you've placed it on the launcher where you want it

I think he means adding switches in the notification bar like the Galaxy phones have

or perhaps he means the dock at the bottom , in which case he needs something like launcher pro
