My battery is going bad and I've had the n10 for almost 4 years..A good battery replacement is almost $100..Ive looked around and have even considered going to an ipad (gulp)..But also looked at samsung s2 and pixel c...From everything Ive read the pixel c just isn't there yet...I'm going to iceland for 2 weeks next month and want a tablet mainly for media/entertainment purposes...Is it worth investing money and time into my aging n10 that doesn't run marshmellow unless rooted? I have a nexus 6 phone and love it. Tablet will be more for trips and such...no real work...Thanks in advance for your suggestions

Welcome to Android Central! If you use a tablet primarily for media or entertainment, is it crucial that it be on the cutting edge of updates? You should be able to find decent tablets for $200 or under, like the Zenpad S 8.0. You can probably also find some good deals on the Nexus 9.

100 for a new battery I would go for that. If you've never had anything other than nexus I would stick with nexus or a tablet that runs close to stock android
