Should I put my phone that dropped in the water in cooked rice or raw rice?

Phone drop in water

I drop my galaxy note 4 phone in the snow this morning, I have already taken out the batt and the SIM card, the post i am reading from this forum advice me to put it in rice, please, is it the raw rice or cooked?, the whole phone or just the batt?
Please, help if you can.

They sell a kit for phones dropped in water. Probably at Best Buy

If it was just snow and it was a quick drop I'm sure your phone is ok!
