Should I Return or replace My UK Note 7?

So I bought the Galaxy note 7 outright sim free from Carphone warehouse, and I am using my own unlimited data sim. I am very happy with the device and get very good battery life (easy 7 Hr SOT), and despite reports it would seem very durable as I have not got a scratch on the unit which was not the case for my S7. Now there is a recall due to the battery issues, I would obviously like to have a safe device but I am very concerned that I will receive an inferior phone back, refurbished, or rushed due to the high volumes required for such a recall. I am therefore slightly hesitant in returning it because I feel like this one is a gem, am I being foolish or should I just risk it and keep this one.
