Should I swap my S7 with HTC 10?

I am Galaxy S7 user and pretty much satisfied with it. However, I was thinking to change to HTC 10? Is it worth switching to HTC 10?

Does the 10 offer anything over the S7 that you absolutely must have? There's nothing about the 10 for me to consider it over the S7. I'm not too much of an audio freak to really care about the audio quality difference. As long as output is clean and not horrendously bad for me, it's ok.

No. I have both and I assure you, there is nothing besides the Build ( if you are into Metal Vs Crystal) and the BoomSound via headphones that will make you say, "Ohh this is exactly what I was looking for..."

If you don't use a cover, then the metal build and no fingerprint all over your phone can be a pro, the sound via headphones are definitely a huge difference, that Boomsound is simply great, but only via headphones because the speakers are simply meh!

At the current price of the HTC 10 I'd say to you, No, if you want to have a different phone, with a great build, GREAT sound via the 2 front stereo Speakers and 2 DACs for simply amazing audio via speakers or Headphones, take a look at the upcoming ZTE Axon 7, it's on pre-order right now, for $399 is definitely tough to beat. I already placed my pre-order for a Quartz grey but it will released on 8/17, the Gold one is going to be released on 7/27, if you order from Newegg they are including a $199 (at least Amazon's price, newegg's price is $99.99) Monster DJ headphones, great for resale and offset the final price making it even a better deal. Once I get it, my HTC 10 will be back to T-Mobile in time for a jump on Demand for the Note 7.
