I have a Gnex had it for a year now. I was wonder now that the Moto x, HTC one, and S4 is out and soon we might have a nexus 5. Should I wait a bit to upgrade or hold on to my current phone.. My nexus is fine just looking for something that offers more than 16gb

All those phones have been out for months... if you can hold out, your options are; get the next best thing, get the last big thing for a cheaper price. Me? I'd get the next best thing.

Most of the phones you mentioned are twice as expensive as the Nexus 4. If spending money is not an issue, wait.
