I'm a professional photographer and the Live Focus mode on the S9+ is impressive. Although it did blur parts of the subject a couple of times, it's still very good. The casual picture shooter will be satisfied with the results.

Low light from 10,000ft up Mount Haleakala in Maui.

Had to get up at 2am to drive up, but it was so worth it to be above the clouds.

Taken at 6:23am, just as sun broke the horizon.

The second pic is the volcanic crater in better light.
