C'mon folks. This thread really needs some new content. Don't people take photos with these awesome cameras?

Can a mod maybe make the thread a sticky instead?

I gotcha dov1978.

Just got mine 3 days ago, and haven't had much time to test it out due to work, but I got these:

macro 2.jpg

Stabilized 30 second extreme low light test. It was so dark I could only see the alarm clock and faintly make out the white squares on the comforter!

30 sec.jpg

Took this while driving 50 MPH so it has a bit of motion blur. It's a regular shot that looks like a panoramic because I cropped out the power lines:

Slowed down for this one. An ice sheet melting on a rare 80 degree February day:

And here's something strange. A few shots had bizarre focusing issues:

Anyone experience the same or was my driving throwing the sensors off? lol

Was the weird focus one maybe still on Wide Aperture Mode?
Great pics though!

Only had my Mate 10 Pro since Friday so only getting the chance to take some pics now. I certainly don't remember my P10 having these issues with photos. Indoor and lowlight have been excellent as expected but outdoor in the winter sun look washed out of all colour and overexposed.

That's a really cramp bedroom you got there.
Certainly a downside of living in NYC.

Are you shooting in standard mode? Perhaps smooth or vivid would be better. Upper right, second from the end.

Yeah standard mode. I never really liked using the Leica filters on my P10 and would just adjust the colour in Snapseed afterwards if it needed it but I've been trying the Smooth filter for outdoor shots since yesterday and it's definitely helped. Vivid is a bit too much for my liking

Beautiful shots!

Anyone uses the Vivid or Smooth colors mode ? They bring out so much more colors into the pictures. Getting spoiled by them right now.

1st pic is standard mode
2nd vivid colors
3rd smooth colors

I'm using Smooth a lot now especially outdoors. Vivid is a little bit too juicy for me personally but they really do make a difference. I've noticed you get a a bit of a Vignette effect using them too? Like a shadow effect around the outside of the photos

Dog sitting a crazy Springer Spaniel for a few weeks. This is one of his rare calm moments

Yup. There's definitely a vignette effect on the pictures. Not on all of them though.

OMGOSH he is so cute! What is his name?

Kobi. He's 14 now not that he shows it. He's struck up a good friendship with my King Charles Cavalier so it'll be a little sad when he goes home
