Just got my Nook Color several days ago ($199 re-certified on eBay ;) )
First installed the CM7 RC then switched to the 151 nightly (just figured out how to do that today). Been fiddling with the thing all night. Finally got it up to 1200 Mhz through Nook Tweaks app (which is whole reason why I switched to nightly..screenshot option through the power button was a bonus :D ).

Here are my screens!

Lockscreen

Probably gonna post some more later when I really get into customizing (aka get into the mood). Just setting it up for practical use for now.

Wow. I rooted my Nook Color a few months ago, but I have no idea how you guys do all this stuff! I am running my apps through LauncherPro. When I rooted it I think I did Autonooter. My Nook software version is 1.1.0. All of my apps are on one main screen. I'd like to have them grouped into folders. I love the clocks and calendar widgets some of you have but I don't know how to get those.

I don't really understand what Honeycomb, Nightly, CyanogenMod, etc are.

What do I do next to be able to change the layout of my Nook?

Thank you guys for dredging up this old thread, I must have missed it. Great ideas in here and I will be going back to my Nook to mess around with it.

LOCKSCREEN

Widget Locker custom lockscreen, Circle Battery Widget, and I think that's the ICS clock from the Market.

HOMESCREEN

ADW Ex Launcher, LOTS of Minimalistic Text work, Analogi Clock, and Phantom Music Player Pro. Keepin' it minimal.
