Love this winter scenery!

So far at my house weve only got about 6", im 20 mi north of DIA airport and they have got like 13" so far. Another 8-12" is expected till late tonight. Its a really heavy wet snow. Our poor trees ! Oh yea, 40mph winds a blowin too !

MAn what a day ! Power went out for about 3 hours, been 40 - 60 mph winds and white out blizzard conditions all day. I just went out and got these shots, the snow is nothing but icy flakes pelting me in the face while i got these pics, fricking cold chilling wind cuts to the bone quick .

Storms over, its really cold out this morning. Its still dark right now but from what i see its really ugly though. We got like 2 feet snow and ice, a couple guys on snowmobiles stopped by late yesterday and said roads are impassable due to big huge high snow drifts across the roads encased in ice. Power went out for about 3 hours, the power company quit around 5 and left other people in the area in the dark n cold for the night. Another 3 or 4" expected Tuesday. I'll get some pics once the sun comes up.

Is LA doing anything about all the encampments setting up all throughout Los Angeles? I saw one video on YouTube they are all on the beach in venice beach, and even spreading to parts of Beverley Hills?. I really hope for you and the citizens living there that something can be done to correct the huge homeless problem in SoCal.

Curious what you mean by "correct". As far as helping the homeless, that's been a problem for a long, long time.
