Why not just take the exposure down a little in post? I think we’re a little too hard on our poor little camera sensors. Even the most expensive of cameras rarely gets images posted as is. A big aspect of photography is in the editing and I think we forget that sometimes. The picture came out nice by the way.

Thanks. I'll have to see what I can do with it. I've always struggled editing photos. I have a hard time finding something that I think is better than the original.

Yeah I really like Pixlr and Lightroom Mobile is almost as robust as the full desktop app. Those are two of my favorites.

This isn't a terrible picture, but I'm disappointed with how it turned out. We went downtown last night to get ice cream, and on the way back to the car I noticed this little alleyway that runs downhill between buildings. I thought it looked really neat so I took a picture. I don't like how the lights are so bright in the picture, and reallyI think it's just a bit overexposed. I'm sure if I had taken my time I could have gotten the exposure better, but I didn't want to hold us up.

Did night mode trigger? I’ve noticed that at times the night mode will try to pull in more light than it should causing over exposure on certain areas

I didn't notice it, but it's possible. Will have to go down there and try again sometime.

We've been in London for a few days (I hate the place; don't like people or busy cities haha)

Anyways; gorgeous weather and a fantastic family wedding on the Friday

Thursday we had a mooch around Tower Bridge and The Tower of London and I took quite a few pics (typical tourist); also as a Northern lad; managed to find a few decent pubs close to TTOL that served decent ale too






I thought these turned out well; this is the main 108MP camera and the last shot is obviously a panoramic picture

These are great! Yeah 7 years living in the East End took it out of me. Hated the place. Fled back to Derbyshire as soon as I could get a house swap. Londoner by birth, Northerner by life.
