@msm0511: funny you're going from more bulky to the Liquid Crystal.

i'm using the Spigen Liquid Crystal currently and will have the Peel case by Monday. I want an even more minimalist case than the Liquid Crystal.

i must say that the Liquid Crystal is thoughtfully designed, including the buttons that add excursion to the S22 Ultra's existing buttons. this is so that those button will be able to be pressed and activated with ease. they have accomplished that extremely well, imho, as the buttons are almost protruding perfectly in just the right amounts, so pressing them is indeed easy and comfortable. kudos to Spigen.

alas, it's just that i'm seeking an even more minimalist experience because i only want the case in order for Popsockets to be able to stick onto the back (due to my hand surgery), so the less of a case, the better for me, in general.

hope you'll enjoy the Liquid Crystal when you receive it.

Thanks! I'll eventually end up not using a case. I don't like using them at all. However my other recent phones have been more narrow. So until I get used to the width of the Ultra I'll be using a case.

It depends what case you're coming from... It adds some bulk but surprisingly not as much as I expected... As beautiful as it looks it just takes some getting used to... Not because of the bulk but more of the design.

It's bulkier than some but less than many others. It's a good compromise if you want great drop protection without adding too much bulk. I don't have the one for the S22 Ultra but have used it on a few phones.

Damn all of you and peer pressure!!!! Just ordered the UAG Kevlar case from Best buy and it's ready for pick up already! Plus....they price matched Verizon at 59.99. Still the most expensive case I've ever purchased....

Does a screen protector significantly slow the S pen down? I noticed that Samsung didn't ship this phone with a screen protector. There must be a good reason for this. So, I am debating whether or not to use a screen protector. Thank you!

I haven't noticed any difference with the screen protector I got from Costco.

No it does not slow the Spen down.

Does it have a decent lip to protect the screen? I prefer no screen protector so I'm always cautious about raisivity. haha I wish Casetify had better deals but might grab one to see if I enjoy it... so many options!

Surprised me too..... I did it through the BB chat. I had to purchase it first at regular price and then wait 30 minutes to update on BBs system. Went back to chat, sent the Verizon link and got the credit back on my credit card. Took off about 22 bucks.
