Shrink Section not working

I've tried this in both Firefox and Chrome. Clicking the little arrow next to the Subforum section does not shrink it. I don't really care about scrolling through all the HTC/Moto/etc sub-sub-forums. The arrow will flip, but the section will not minimize. Is this something that can be fixed?
