Sprint Galaxy S8 Side Sync

Hi. Does anyone use Side Sync to sync your Galaxy to your PC? The concept is great; however, on a wonky library connection, Side Sync breaks it's connection and does not seem to reconnect on its own, without going through it manually, which is a chore. Anyone using it with positive or negative experience and if you are not using it, what do you use for syncing sms "messages" to your PC. Thank you.

I use it all the time. Not for sync, mostly for the screen sharing feature to control and see my phone from my PC, but I do have a stable connection (WiFi at home, USB at work).

For SMS I use MightyText, that way you don't need to keep the phone connected to the computer or nearby (but it does need to be 'online' to send texts and sync existing texts to the service). Or if you're on T-Mobile, you could use DIGITS (that doesn't even need your phone to be on!).
