Sidekick 4G Questions (newbie)

I am having issues with my HTC G2. Tmo offered me a SK4G because they've already sent me 3 fry replacements. Any good or bad feedback about the phone?

It works pretty well for a mid-range phone but it is hard-keyboard centric

oh, OK. The g2 & ssk4G are similar but sk4G has a much better keyboard and more keyboard shortcuts (30+) compared to 3 or 4 on G2.
