The problem is the phone is not responding to any button combination.. computer won't recognize it. There is no LED light or battery charge icon or vibrate feedback.... Thinking this is going to have to be revived by Google...

Exactly. I almost feel like the battery crapped out.. since he got the battery icon while he was flashing and the software crashed.. so now it's not charging the phone at all..

Can try leaving it on charger for 4 to 6 hours see what happens or wirelessly

I tried both. I thought maybe the port was bad. I left it on the port for a few hours. Then I left the wirelessly for over 5 hours. Maybe I'll try it again and leave it on the wireless charger. The phone gets warm but nothing happens..

Possible bad
I had my pixel 4xl battery go bad , its going get covered under Google extended battery warranty, it was same wouldn't start up tried both charging method.

No It didn't. You situation sounds just like what happened to me. See if you can get a replacement. Sounds bricked.

Too late for replacement - I made the wonderful decision to take the phone apart - curiosity not only killed the cat but my 6 too.
