Signature Capture?

Hello all! First post, please be gentle.
I have a Nexus 7 tablet & would like to go paperless in my office. Does anyone know of an app that will open a .pdf and allow for capturing a signature as well as editing comments, charges, etc...?

The first one, Significant Signature Capture, seems to require an active stylus pen, which the N7 doesn't have.

No, Significant Signature Capture does NOT require an active stylus pen, but uses it, when it detects one.
You can try it, because It's free anyway.
