Signs of a refurbished Nexus 5.

When you get a new nexus 5 the anroid version should be 4.4 right? and then I got my 2nd one today because i return the **** one and i look at the version, it says 4.4.3 does this mean it has been used?


























Also, im so ***** ***** *** at my mom because she never understands anything...

Where did you get the phone?

And I'm not sure if that means it is refurbished, but I don't think it would

I mean that when I got my first one ,which was bogus because the speaker didnt work, was running 4.4 when it came, and I had to update 4 times to 4.4.4. And it got bogus the next week so I sent it back, and today they sent me one and right out of the box is is running 4.4.3, so does this mean someone used it before( like they updated to 4.4.3 and then they just dont want it) and they sent me a refurb/used

Not necessarily. The phone may have been in storage since manufacturing and thus it would not have gotten any updates. Some refurb signs are scratches, not having the protective screen protector for when the pgonw is shipped and the packaging looks as though it's been opened (such as the box not being taped shut).
