Silence in a call

Hi,

Just got this phone a few days ago. When I am talking, there have been short times (5 seconds) when the other person can't here me. This happens multiple times through out a call.

Any ideas?

Does that happen regardless of using the phone mic, the speakerphone, or a wired or Bluetooth headset?

Bluetooth only I believe.

Have you used the BT device with other phones to verify it works correctly? Assuming the BT device is OK, try deleting that device from your phone, then repairing it.

So I just want to clarify--you're saying these dropouts only occur when you're using the Bluetooth headset?
