can I assign a silent ringtone to a particular contact? Even better, can I create a group and add the silent ringtone to the group?

You can set it to go straight to voicemail if that would help. And i guess you could make a blank ringtone (or google one up). Then open your contact and assign that to each of them.

I have all sales/bill collectors go straight to VM... then i have google voice setup to not answer...

I was hoping to create a DL, then assign the silent tone to the group. I can do that on the SF.
