The second clock in the first row is how my idle screen is set to look. Sorry I am a newbie with all the proper phrasing of what does what.

Is there a way to change the way the clock looks on the lock screen of the note 8 ? I really don't like it. I don't like how the hours are positioned above the minutes. I think that I've looked everywhere that an option could possibly be, am I missing something?

I don't like it either, but I haven't found a way to change it.

From what I can tell, at least on my Verizon version, you can NOT change the format of the clock on the lock screen. It's very annoying. The stacked clock is not what our eyes are used to.

I have changed to a theme that changed the font, and got rid of the leading zero in single digit hours but it still shows it stacked.

I think you mean "aesthetic issue". An anesthetic is what they give you before surgery.

My lock screen has the same clock as my AOD. Go to the AOD, and if you click on digital, it will give you different options (horizontal vs vertical)

Unfortunately you can't customize the Lock Screen clock. But, if you turn Notifications On under the Lock Screens and Security settings it at least turns the clock into a normal horizontal orientation instead of

I should also caveat that if you have no notifications, it will go back to the stupid clock until you do lol

I really agree with how much this bugs, it is not a silly aesthetic issue, it drvies me crazy everytime I look at it!!

As others have posted, hard to find a theme that disarms the code so the time can be read normally
