"Sim Card is not from Verizon"? I dont get it.

Hello, when I went to best buy, I bought the phone(s6) without a plan( No contract) but I had to buy it through a carrier. Everytime, I cannot access my voicemail and the "Sim card is not from verizon" message constantly pops up. Am I the only person with this problem?

If you bought it unbranded (no carrier), there's no voicemail number for it to call. Call your carrier and ask for the voicemail number for your phone number, then put it in. Settings/Device/Call/Voicemail settings/Voicemail number.

As for the SIM card error - I'd go back to Best Buy.

I have the Sim card message on my Verizon note 4 being used on T-Mobile. Just hold on to it and stop it.
