Sim card swap help

Hi,
Would anyone know why my old iphone 5s nano sim is not working on my new Moto x.
I am on a P.A.Y.G plan.

The Sim is Prolly provisioned for an iPhone 5s look on your att account to see which phone is registered to that Sim. Att can change it for you if you call them

Ok Bud, i'll call them in the morning.
Im on the Three UK network so will it be the same process?

Still no good, Three have told me the sim will work in any phone?????
Any ideas?

I have tried a giffgaff sim in it and that works fine?
