SIM & eSIM

Noticed on the spec sheet that it is has SIM and eSIM capabilities but can't find any info if you can enable both at the same time. Anyone know? Not sure if the 3 even had this as I didn't have one.

Apparently the both the P2 and P3 did have an e-SIM but you could only use either the e-SIM or a physical SIM not both at the same time.

It seems that an software update did allow the P3 to use both at the same time but it was later removed by Google but apparently the P3a phones do still have that capability.

Thanks for the info. Didn't even realize it was on my 2XL. I hope they enable it on the 4. Would be nice to have a good Android device in the US that has dual SIM.

Now that it's supported or sold on all carriers will hopefully push the dual SIM capability.
